KMB International's project managers are extensively trained, experienced, and knowledgeable, giving them expertise in the construction industry and design profession, including the capability to manage all aspects of a construction project.

The project management concept involves the implementation of all the functions necessary to achieve this objective efficiently while permitting the client the degree of control necessary to determine his/her wishes and preferences.

It is the intent that  by the application of KMB International's principles, the project manager relieves the client of the responsibility of creating a project organization that deals specifically with the design and construction of the new facility.

KMB International will set up a project organization that is specifically structured to the size, complexity, and scope of the project. The composition of the team will vary through each of the project phases but normally, the staff will undertake overall management and deal with the request for proposal (RFP) development and analysis, design, tendering purchasing, accounting, scheduling, and construction commissioning.

Completion of the various stages of construction will be certified by the Project Manager. Commissioning and start-up follows completion of construction and a pre-commissioning phase, which involves preparing equipment for operation and, possibly, the commencement of training programs for operating staffs.
